Advert description
I am an experienced and passionate educator with a strong academic background from the London School of Economics (BSc Management; MA Accounting and Finance with Distinction). Over the past several years, I have taught and managed Cambridge IGCSE, A Level, and IB programmes, combining academic rigour with a supportive and engaging teaching style.
In my most recent role as Administrator, KS3 Tutor, Head of House, and EAL Teacher at a British Online School, I gained extensive experience delivering interactive online lessons and mentoring students aged 7–16. I also managed a team of educators for IB and IGCSE learning platforms, developing top-quality remote learning materials and ensuring alignment with international curriculum standards. Alongside teaching, I have held leadership roles in academic administration, staff recruitment, and inspections (COBIS), which strengthened my ability to support both learners and institutions.
My approach to tutoring is student-centred: I aim to build confidence, improve exam performance, and encourage critical thinking. I have particular expertise in preparing students for Cambridge examinations in Business Studies and Economics, ensuring that lessons are both syllabus-focused and applied to real-world contexts.
With my combination of subject knowledge, teaching experience, and administrative leadership, I am committed to helping every student achieve their full potential in Business and Economics.
