Second year economics student, taking online maths lessons at GCSE and A Level.

I am looking forward to helping students get top grades in their subjects. I have a year's worth of experience teaching maths online. Having learnt this content myself, I understand common mistakes that students make and I can guide them to make sure that these are avoided. My main goal is to create a supportive and motivating learning environment for my students so that they reach their full potential and achieve top grades. Initially I like to make sure that my students have a good grasp of the content before mainly focusing on exam-style questions so that they can achieve full marks in the questions that they complete. I have been a private tutor for a few months now, teaching GCSE Maths and I have developed a strong understanding of how to adapt my teaching style to suit different learning needs. My lessons tend to be an hour long and take place online once a week, targeted at A Level and GCSE maths students.
