Teaching and working with students from a diverse range of age groups, backgrounds and learning abilities has enabled me to develop my teaching and communication skills. In addition, it has taught me how to develop rapport and tailor approaches, depending on the particular student’s personality, temperament, learning abilities and educational goals.
