Advert description
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Sport Science, specialising in Exercise and Health – Therapeutic Exercise, as well as a Master's degree in Neurorehabilitation. My academic background and professional experience have helped me develop a strong understanding of the human body, movement, exercise science and health.
My teaching approach is student-centred, practical and adapted to each individual's needs, learning pace and goals. I aim to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way, using practical examples and step-by-step explanations to help students develop a deeper understanding of the subject.
I believe that effective teaching requires patience, good communication and encouragement. I create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, building confidence and improving their knowledge. Whether the goal is to understand difficult concepts, prepare for exams or strengthen existing knowledge, I focus on helping each student make steady and meaningful progress.
My goal is not simply to help students memorise information, but to help them understand it and apply it with confidence.
