I differentiate my lessons to make sure all needs are addressed: the more able students are challenged while the students that require additional support are given the necessary support they deserve. This is one of the major components of my lesson plans. My assessment for learning is great as I used varied approaches embedded in my lesson plans to ensure students make the needed progress in my lessons. I am a high achiever, resilient and patient. My students are always happy to have me as a teacher and long to come into my lessons every day.
