I am a qualified Children's and Young Peoples Nurse with experience in SEND and supporting nursing students.

I am interested in the coaching role because of my experience supporting nursing students throughout their placements and my passion for helping individuals reach their full potential. In my most recent strategic role within SEND, I developed strong skills in supporting, motivating, and empowering people while ensuring they felt listened to and valued. Having worked in highly demanding and high-pressure environments, I have developed effective strategies to stay organised, work efficiently, and maintain a healthy balance that supports my own wellbeing. These experiences enable me to help others build confidence, resilience, and practical approaches to managing challenges. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and pride myself on treating everyone with kindness, empathy, and compassion, particularly those facing difficult situations.
