I would always talk to the one in need first, no matter how young they are to show respects to them, I always ask them about their weakness in GCSE Maths in private. After that, I would like to talk to their parents with their permission, and come up with lessons to tail their study progress. I do it online and using Microsoft team and Microsoft whiteboard system.
