Advert description
With a strong academic foundation and a passion for teaching, I am committed to equipping students with both subject mastery and the confidence to excel in examinations. I achieved an A* in A-Level Politics and an A in A-Level English Literature, experiences which have given me a deep understanding of how to approach essay-based subjects with clarity, structure, and critical insight; skills I actively pass on to my students.
I hold a Class II Upper (2:1) LLB Law with Study Abroad, achieving a First-Class grade in Criminal Law, the area in which my academic and professional interest lies. I am currently studying the Bar Vocational Studies LLM with Specialism, where I apply legal theory to real-life cases and disputes. This practical training shapes the way I teach: lessons are engaging, example-led, and rooted in real-world application rather than rote learning.
My teaching approach is focused on breaking down complex concepts into clear, manageable frameworks. I show students how to analyse questions, construct high-quality answers, and think like examiners. Alongside subject knowledge, I equip students with proven exam techniques, including time management, issue-spotting, evaluation skills, and effective legal writing.
Ultimately, my goal is not only to help students achieve top grades, but to develop their analytical thinking, confidence, and independence; skills that will serve them well both in exams and beyond.
