Advert description
My lessons are tailored to each student’s needs and learning style. I offer online tutorials lasting between 45 and 90 minutes.
I am currently completing my PhD in Physics at King's College London, while I also hold a Master’s degree in Physics with Mathematics (First Class Honours) from the University of Southampton. Over the past five years, I have been teaching undergraduate physics modules as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (including instructing problem classes, assisting in computer labs, etc.), which has given me strong familiarity with the standard UK undergraduate Physics curriculum.
My main teaching strengths are in areas related to computational and mathematical physics. I can also help with other physics or mathematics modules depending on the specific topic. My teaching approach is inspired by my own way of engaging with science and learning. I aim not only to help students succeed in their exams, but — more importantly — to move beyond memorised problem-solving techniques and develop a deeper understanding of the underlying concepts.
I am happy to arrange a free initial online meeting to discuss the student’s needs and then take it from there.
