I have over 10 years of international experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management and business strategy across India and Africa, combined with a strong academic background as a PhD researcher in Marketing at Swansea University. My expertise includes consumer behaviour, market research, branding, strategic marketing, healthcare marketing and research methods. I am experienced in both qualitative and quantitative research, including thematic analysis, survey design, structural equation modelling (SEM) and business analytics. I have completed advanced professional development programmes in behavioural science, artificial intelligence, sustainability, data visualisation and business analytics.
