My name is Noorjahan and I am a recent college graduate having studied A-level Biology, Chemistry and Psychology (awaiting results), predicted AAB. I have a keen interest in the sciences and aspire to pursue a degree in Biomedical Science at university. At GCSEs I achieved a 9,8 in Combined Science Trilogy.

Having recently completed my A Levels, I possess a strong and up-to-date understanding of subject content, which I believe will be useful for younger learners seeking to deepen their scientific knowledge. Additionally, my experience with exam techniques and familiarity with common questions types place me in a strong position to help students approach their exams with confidence.

By thoroughly reviewing curriculum topic lists and specifications with students, I can identify both strengths and areas for improvement. This allows me to design personalised learning plans for each individual to suit their needs and pace, thus creating effective lessons which waste no time. I am able to cater to any exam board or specification and have experience using exam techniques, practice questions and mark schemes - utilising these tools in my lessons to help students grasp challenging concepts and prepare them for assessments. There will also be the use of whiteboard tools for interactive teaching and weekly progress checks to help identify gaps.
