I am a patient and an adaptable individual who will support students by making lessons creative and tailored to individual needs.

I will first understand my students current level, learning style and specific goals they may have. I will create a clear tailored lesson plan for each of my students. I will encourage my students to ask questions and engage. If a student is struggling with a particular question I will first ask what exactly they don’t understand and help them tackle the question step by step then give them a similar one to try after. At the end of each session, I review key points and assign targeted practice to reinforce learning. My goal is to build confidence and independent thinking for my students.
