My tutoring approach is that of prioritising the needs and learning style of the students. With subjects such as accounting and mathematics, working through exercises with the student will be very important. Explaining theory and then seeing how the student applies it, sets the platform for learning through mistakes. Every student will be different and it is important to remain adaptable to their learning style (visual, auditory or kinetic). Online platforms such as Zoom and Teams makes it easy to connect with students for classes.
