I am originally from Bulgaria, I came to the UK to study veterinary and animal science, which i graduated.

I would firstly assess the student's needs, understand the student's skill level and how they learn. When i have gathered necessary information, I would start planning my lessons with clear objective for each session, what materials I might use. I would always prioritize what my students need, I would ask questions such as "what would you like to achieve from this" and "what is your goal" , so I can understand how to plan everything and how to help them through their challenges. I will always communicate clearly how the sessions will work, what will be expected from me and what would also be expected from them. I have different learning strategies that might be able to help students, which personally helped me a lot during my study years. These strategies include, colours. Colours always help students by improving memory and attention. They also improve cognitive skills. Another strategy would include flash cards, elaboration and mind mapping.
