Alexander utilises both virtual sessions and remote digital training tools to deliver a tailored triphasic training experience to his clients. The first phase of his clients physical development sees training and nutrition coaching delivered virtually along with education through supporting research papers.

A client graduates to phase two of their training based on their personal feedback and the results of their testing protocols. From here Alexander manages their training remotely and prepares the client for the final phase of their training : a periodised annual training plan specific to maximizing their physical ambitions.
