I am an Online Personal Trainer delivering virtual training for: body transformation, functional movement & aesthetic physique

I use remote digital training tools to deliver a tailored triphasic training experience to his clients. The first phase of my clients physical development sees training and nutrition coaching delivered virtually along with education through supporting research papers. A client graduates to phase two of their training based on their personal feedback and the results of their testing protocols. From here I manage my clients training remotely and prepare them for the final phase of their training : a periodised annual training plan specific to maximizing their physical ambitions.
