Online Geography Tutor, GCSE/A Level examiner and IB certified to teach. Former teacher

I have 20 years of teaching experience, working in a variety of state and independent schools. I know the exam syllabuses of several different exam boards and am an Edexcel/Pearson GCSE and A Level Examiner. I have taught the CIE, AQA and Edexcel exam boards. I have completed the IB teaching qualification to be certified to deliver IB geography in schools. I taught IB and A Level geography at NLCS, all age groups at St Paul's School, KS3 at Westminster Under School.

I have tutored geography online for over a decade and have numerous successes working with children to achieve their full potential. Each student I work with is initially assessed to ascertain their strengths and weaknesses and what they are aiming to achieve from their tuition with me. I then produce a study plan to structure their progress and effectively support them. Regular feedback is a key component of my tuition, both for the student and the parents.

My tuition approach is friendly and with a geography undergraduate degree and MSc in Globalisation both from UCL, my subject knowledge is excellent. Much of my student’s successes comes from my ability to equip them with the right exam technique for geography as well as giving them a depth of knowledge.
