Fully personalised lessons to the individual student identifying their strengths and any gaps in their understanding. I have previous tutoring and mentoring experience for a charity and extensive banking experience as well as a first class honours degree from UCL in Statistics, Economics and Finance. I understand the importance of patience and encouragement and making the lessons fun. For students working towards exams I can focus on exam technique and past paper questions. I believe children work best when they feel confident and comfortable to ask questions and can genuinely understand concepts rather than simply memorising concepts.
