As someone who holds many roles throughout my professional day, I am often asked: "what is the thread that holds them all together?". For me, it is facilitating growth in the people I am surrounded by, be that as a mentor, coach, teacher or director. I have unwavering faith, enthusiasm and unconditional positive regard for those around me, and see it as my role to help my clients recognise these qualities within themselves, nurturing a growth mindset and manifesting tangible results. Each day, no matter my official role, these are the qualities I never tire of bringing to my work.
