I'm a very passionate teacher with 10 years of exprience. I don't like negative reinforcement, so I don't question students about their mistakes or belittle them - instead, I like to give them a safe space to practice and try to make their best efforts. I'm very good at motivating them.
I use online content my students can rewatch, listen again or reread whenever they want to. I tailor said content to their wants and hobbies, so that they get that extra motivation of learning something they're passionate about.
