Teaching is a journey for any student and should be treated as such. The journey should be pleasant, customised specifically for you and a gradual build of pace. I like to treat teaching my students as such a journey. Catering lessons that are specific for their individual needs whilst gradually teaching them to embrace challenge and learning as time goes on. My approach is friendly, enthusiastic and creative. No student will ever leave my class having not learnt at least one thing!
