GCSE and 13+ Maths and Science Tutoring

My aim as a tutor is to help my students not only pass their exams but gain a deeper appreciation and understanding for the subject, through interactive explanations, past questions breakdown as well as timed practice and frequent review, so my students are as ready as they can be for their exams.

I believe that the most effective way to learn depends on the individual, so lesson plans will be tailored to each student. Lesson plans will obviously vary from student to student but my main goal will be to focus on making complex topics simple by breaking them down into clear, manageable pieces. I'll adjust my teaching to each student's needs, identifying their weak areas and building their confidence with targeted support. Each lesson will last approximately an hour, but I can be flexible on lesson length based on a student's needs. These lessons are aimed for students in Year 10/11 who are aiming to sit their GCSEs or students preparing for 13+ exams.

Since it has not been so long since I sat my GCSEs, I will be able to help my students overcome the challenges that come with sitting public exams and preparing for them effectively.
