With over 22 years of experience, I am a mindful and supportive coach who is passionate about helping students reach their full potential. I work closely with students to create achievable goals, set clear targets, and understand their individual learning and emotional needs. I also incorporate meditation and mindfulness techniques to help reduce stress and anxiety, especially during exam periods. Alongside creating structured schedules and study plans, I provide compassionate mental health and wellbeing support. I hold a Master’s Degree qualification in Chinese Medicine, which further supports my holistic approach to student care and personal development.
