**Joseph Knight – Life Coach Mentor**

Hi, I’m Joseph Knight. At 23, I moved 6,000 miles away from home to Hong Kong to chase my dream of playing professional rugby. It wasn’t easy leaving my family and friends behind, but it taught me how to stay focused, work hard, and overcome challenges.

Rugby has been a huge part of my life, teaching me discipline, determination, and how to handle setbacks. Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with young people who might feel stuck, unsure of their next steps, or need help building confidence.

I understand how tough life can feel sometimes, but I also know how to push through and find success. Whether it’s setting goals, building a routine, or just having someone to talk to, I’m here to help you find your way and become the best version of yourself.
