As a medical student with a strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, I aim to make lessons clear, engaging and tailored to each student. I first identify the areas they find difficult, then break concepts down into simple steps before building towards more challenging exam-style questions. My lessons focus on understanding rather than memorising, while also developing exam technique, problem-solving skills and confidence. I use active recall, practice questions and discussion to keep students involved throughout the lesson, adapting my approach depending on their level and learning style. I tutor GCSE students in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, as well as A Level Maths and can support students with topic revision, exam preparation, homework and filling gaps in their understanding.
