Maths tutor studying at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); Achieved grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics

Hi! I am currently a second year LSE student with 3 years of experience tutoring GCSE Maths. Over this time, I have helped students move up grade boundaries, boost their confidence and achieve results they once thought were out of reach. My approach is both supportive and structured: I begin by identifying areas that need the most attention and then tailor lessons to suit each student’s learning style/exam board.

I place a strong emphasis on clear explanations, step-by-step methods and practical examples to make even the trickiest concepts easier to understand. More importantly, I work on exam skills - from tackling past papers to managing time under pressure - so students feel calm and prepared when it counts.

I aim to make maths less intimidating and more rewarding. In creating a positive learning environmental, I strive to make students feel comfortable asking questions, building their skills and ultimately achieving their goals.
