Advert description
Being an optimistic individual, who enjoys working with students has led me to develop an interest in tutoring. As a committed listener and a friendly tutor, I can support students by overcoming their academic struggles that they may face and encourage students to reach their full potential. I believe witnessing your student making progress and achieving their goals is the biggest reward as a tutor.
I've done Virtual Barclays life skills - It has taught me how to deal with situations that I may face in a workplace and how to approach it. It also gave me a chance to learn about the significant skills that I will need to apply in a workplace. I also have tutoring experience in Mathematics which I can enhance and build on and having tutored many mathematics lessons, it has made me understand different learning styles and has developed my oral communication skills. In addition, it has guided me to gain confidence and has promoted my self-esteem which I can apply in the future.
For GCSE I've achieved a grade 7 and for A levels I've achieved a B for Mathematics. For GCSE English Literature I've got a grade 5 and for spoken language I've got a Merit. Currently I’m studying Mathematics with Finance and Accounting at University. My course involves mathematics and I have always enjoyed teaching and studying Mathematics as you can utilise math concepts in real-life and it involves problem solving and so therefore, I would like to tutor and teach Mathematics.
