I am happy to teach both one-to-one and group sessions. I believe good teaching begins with genuinely understanding the individual and how they communicate, how they learn, how they express and what they need in order to feel safe enough to explore and grow. Some of this understanding is Intuitive. From there, I guide rather than instruct, supporting students in discovering their own answers instead of simply copying demonstrations (unless necessary)
My approach is warm, patient, and nurturing, while still offering gentle structure and guidance. I use open-minded questioning, reframing, and kind suggestions to help students build confidence and trust in their own abilities. Creating a calm, non-judgemental space is REALLY important to me, where students feel heard, encouraged, and able to take creative risks without pressure.
I value validation and reassurance a lot, but i also believe in supporting students to stretch beyond what they think they can do, in a way that feels supportive rather than overwhelming is important. its a shared compassionate process, its a two-way conversation so we can speak the same language for growth and development.
