I love to help others, I find satisfaction when others understand when I teach them, my lessons are aimed at the younger gen

My process when teaching would be first indicating my students weakness in the subject through each topic with that information I’ll create a plan in a time table that would pinpoint all the areas mentioned with that information I would also know their school criteria what their school follows and I’ll get ahead of that so it can also be taught beforehand, I’ll make sure my student asks me questions as well as I’ll be asking questions to make sure they understand at the end of each lesson there would be a summery of the lesson or at the start of each lesson there would be a starter based on the previous lesson to make sure they remember and it also tells me if I have to go through it again, at some points there will be assessments or quizzes just to reassure me they understand everything and areas again they are still struggling with. If I fail to successfully help student understand the first time I’ll create other ways that could possibly help. Positive reinforcement is a way that keeps students motivated in lessons it helps them get exited when they get something right so I’ll keep that mindset to get my students full attention always.
