As a certified coach (Master level) I help you to manage the stress of studying, gain confidence in yourself, sustain a life balance so you protect your mental and physical health. I have specialised in preventing exhaustion or reducing exhaustion to avoid a burnout. I have accompanied students and young people in their orientation, and adults with life coaching. If you need help with time management and organisation, I have tools that tie in with the coaching.
I use various tools of coaching, including the Tree of Life, a drawing exercise that helps you to visualise your professional history differently and figure out your direction whilst realising your skills and qualities. This helps greatly to identify your purpose, your existing strengths, and to clarify the projects you are wondering if you should begin.
I also apply parts of the IKIGAI philosophy to assist you in reducing stress, finding meaning for your life and career direction.
