As a psychology graduate and current clinical psychologist, I’ve spent the last few years helping individuals unlock their potential, build healthy habits, and thrive academically and emotionally.

With a BA in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience in both educational and therapeutic settings, I know how to meet students where they are; whether they’re stuck in a rut, struggling with motivation, or simply overwhelmed. I currently lead social-emotional learning sessions, conduct one-on-one interventions, and deliver workshops to students on managing stress, focus, and emotional wellbeing. This kind of coaching is second nature to me.
