Advert description
I hold an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, and have over seven years of experience supporting students across secondary school, sixth form, university, and adult education. I have experience working with a wide range of students, including those with neurodiversity, and always meet students where they are.
Drawing on positive psychology, my approach goes beyond academic support — giving students practical tools they can apply not just to their studies, but across all areas of their lives. I will help you set clear, achievable goals, organise your workload, and break larger tasks into manageable steps so that deadlines feel more within reach.
I take a holistic view of what it means to study well, exploring the everyday habits that support focus and wellbeing — from building a routine that works for you, to finding the reset strategies that keep you on track, whether that is movement, music, fresh air, or something else entirely.
Through regular reflection and small, meaningful wins, I work to build motivation, resilience, and self-confidence — helping you develop a more positive and sustainable relationship with your studies.
