A level and GCSE Biology tutor - Experienced tutor for all stages

I help to uncover the passion students have for science and biology! My lessons aim to focus on tackling those complex topics that frustrate students and unlock their potential to excel using deep-dives into specific subjects, past-papers, and practice questions.

I have recently finished a Master's degree in Cancer Biology Research at Imperial College London, and am shortly starting a PhD at the University of Cambridge. My fluency with scientific theory, and first hand understanding of biological research helps me to to support students with A-level and GCSE exams, using a combination of exam board specific guidance and knowledge that comes from my own scientific research.
I also achieved A*s and As at A-levels and can use sessions to support students with UCAS applications using personal tips that helped me get offers from several Russel Group universities.

The first free lesson will involve me understanding your existing knowledge base, and learning a bit about your strengths and weaknesses. This will help me plan lessons to fit well with the school curriculum, home lessons, or personal schedule, ensuring we get the most out of each following lesson. I use a combination of practice questions, past paper walk throughs, and my own teaching lessons to help you get to grips with even the trickiest topics, and can also help prep for in school exams/mocks, with each lesson tailored to your personal needs!
