My lessons are aimed at anyone with an interest in yoga, wellbeing or self development.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and love for yoga, including the physical practice and yoga philosophy. I teach using a combination of traditional techniques, with a modern spin. I teach with the intention of making sure practitioners feel comfortable, supported and challenged in their practice.
