With over 15 years of experience across the UK, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, I have designed and delivered large-scale initiatives spanning social impact, workforce development, climate, and inclusion.
My work sits at the intersection of strategy, partnerships, and community — connecting institutions, organisations, and people to drive meaningful and measurable change.
Throughout my career, I have managed global portfolios and multimillion-pound programmes (£30m+), working across public sector institutions, international organisations, and mission-driven initiatives. I bring a strong track record of securing funding, aligning diverse stakeholders, and translating vision into execution — from policy and programme design to delivery on the ground.
Recent work includes leading global refugee employment initiatives, supporting major international climate and cultural programmes in the Amazon region, and collaborating with organisations such as UN agencies, global NGOs, and international platforms to deliver high-impact campaigns and events.
I am particularly experienced in operating in complex political and cultural environments — building trust with local communities while aligning with global strategies. I care deeply about equity and systems change, and much of my work focuses on expanding access to opportunity for underserved and underrepresented groups.
Alongside my professional roles, I am the founder of a mission-driven platform focused on climate, creativity, and systemic change in the Global South, amplifying local voices and supporting community-led solutions.

All this is amazing but it was very hard to get where I am now. It was painful and, sometimes, I feel lonely as a professional with dyslexia and deficit of attention. So, I want to support other young people that, like me, is stuck to discover their super power.
