I believe everyone can learn a language, even if they think they can’t. My vision of teaching students a language consists of motivating them: how their life would be by knowing Spanish? Why is this so important. Then, I would make lessons interesting, so they not only learn basic Spanish words that you can find only in languages course books, but in real life for particular regions. E.g. Mexico, Spain, Venezuela. I would explain the grammar accordingly, and associate it with Theo language, to see how similar or different the mechanism behind that is.
