My teaching approach as a scientist is rooted in encouraging critical thinking, with a strong emphasis on the Socratic method. During our sessions, I'll ask questions designed to provoke deep thought, focusing on key topics in the field. This allows students to demonstrate their reasoning, so by the end of our sessions, they can show they truly understand the material. Using the Socratic method, I prioritize explaining concepts over bombarding students with long lists of textbook information. This approach not only helps them navigate complex exam questions but also equips them with practical skills for real-world situations.
