I’m an accredited Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, Arabic native and bilingual in English. I’ve worked with students and women who carry silent struggles — self-doubt, people-pleasing, and the constant pressure to be “fine.”

Many of them look confident on the outside but feel disconnected inside. Through calm, awareness-based lessons, I help them rebuild congruence — the inner alignment between how they feel, think, and show up.

My approach blends empathy, mindset tools, and practical healing techniques to create real, lasting change in confidence, clarity, and relationships.

My goal is simple — to help every student heal what’s heavy, reclaim their confidence, and rise into who they’re meant to be.
