Professional Artist/Illustrator providing art sessions and student support for secondary through to adult

I have been in Art & Education for over 30 years. I am a trained counsellor and have supported young people in a range of settings. I am person centred, believing that learning should create an independent curiosity and passion for the subject. With a large amount of experience in Special needs, I am used to listening and reading a students strengths. I teach creatively, encouraging students to value their skills. I have run art departments in the UK and Africa, and can provide classes and sessions that run from the building blocks of art to art history. I have taught both young people and adults and can also offer mentoring, student support and counselling.
