I developed an individual approach, when I was teaching English language in one on one format.

This method allowed me to significantly improve not only my students' grammar, context, business English, casual talk and their vocabulary. But also their engagement and long-term result greatly improved,

This approach is based upon creating a network of personal preference of each and every single student (what topics they like/dislike to talk about, what they want to improve upon), and preparing a handful of personalized exercises, based upon their strengths and weaknesses. For example, reviewing some articles on the topics, which are popular worldwide, watching and analyzing videos, that attract their interest, and doing grammar tasks, that involves the need of creative approaches.

In addition, I gave my students an opportunity to speak about their previous events, that happened to them before the exercise part, so that they would never feel themselves as if they were coming to the lessons, just to give their report.

Thus, each lesson, that I've conducted, had never felt boring, or uninteresting. And this, I believe, what makes my method unique.
