I give private lessons to young learners as well as adult learners.

I am writing to express my interest in the position of “English Language Teacher” as advertised. With over 18 years of teaching experience across a range of educational settings, I bring a strong and diverse background that spans both adult and child education. My professional journey has included roles in ESL teaching for adults in Egypt and the UK, as well as over a decade of teaching in international primary schools.
Currently, I am working in an international school, and I have previously taught in two other international schools, which has deepened my understanding of varied curricula and cross-cultural education. These experiences have equipped me with the adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and learner-centered approach essential for thriving in diverse and dynamic learning environments.
I hold a PGCE, CELTA, DELTA, Cambridge PDQs, and a Master’s in TESOL, all of which underpin my commitment to high-quality teaching and ongoing professional development.

I am particularly passionate about fostering inclusive classrooms, implementing active learning strategies, and using effective assessments to support learner progress.

My handling of assessment strategies allowed me to track students' progress and design lessons that meet their different needs. I am aware of how learning environments could support students in achieving their full potential, so I have always tried to make it inclusive and engaging to all students.

I intend to move on and do part-time teaching because I am eager to take on new challenges and explore new things beyond my comfort zone.
