I teach music composition and music technology with a clear, practical approach, while helping students develop their own artistic voice. I have experience tutoring one-to-one and supporting creative projects from first ideas through to finished pieces. Lessons are tailored to each student’s interests and personal style. We set a simple weekly plan, focus on one core topic at a time (melody, harmony, rhythm, form, arrangement), and learn it through short, guided tasks—for example writing an 8–16 bar sketch, reharmonising a melody, or building a groove and variation. For music technology, I teach DAW workflows (MIDI/audio, arranging, sound design, editing, basic mixing) using small projects that quickly turn into real results. Students leave each session with clear notes, a focused task for the week, and steady progress towards music that sounds like them.
