I give private lessons for students tailored to their current level, and I focus on practical understanding of each topic.

I take a practical approach to tutoring, focusing on understanding why certain rules or formulas exist as opposed to memorisation. This will allow my students to be able to tackle harder or unfamiliar questions more easily as they have the foundational knowledge. This is the same approach I took when approaching my own learning, allowing me to achieve 9s in GCSE maths and further maths, as well as be predicted 4 A*s at A level, including maths and further maths. I am confident this method will work for other students as well, irrespective of current attainment.
