As a restaurant manager and a head chef for almost the past decade, my plan was always to communicate and make people feel welcome and enjoy themselves. As a coworker i always liked to teach and bring out the best version of people while ofcourse make them feel nice in the working environment. I like the mixture of cultures because that's what drives innovation.
