I like to make sure you come away from every lesson having learnt something- but that doesn’t necessarily mean content. I believe you can learn and memorise content yourself, that’s not what you need help with.
I specialise in teaching tips and techniques that get the top grades alongside having the right knowledge.

I have been through GCSEs and A Levels myself and got the top grades. I know what exams are like an am sympathetic to the stress and anxiety that they can cause, as well as the confidence students often struggle with.
I believe that you are capable of more than you know and I want to bring this out of you through fun and engaging teaching, not boring repetitive knowledge repetition.

My lessons are flexible, based around what you need. They are always cooperative, with both of us getting involved in writing notes, mind mapping, making cue cards, speaking things out loud, diagrams, and practise questions. Before each lesson I will ask what you would like to work on, and prepare a lesson around that. I also believe in consistent feedback and acknowledging little progresses so make sure to feedback after each session and start the next where we left off.
