I give affordable math and/or English tutoring for 30 pounds an hour

I have an undergraduate degree in mathematics, a masters in secondary mathematics education, and an ESOL Post Baccalaureate Certificate (PBC). I have 3 years experience tutoring and teaching mathematics in addition to 7 months tutoring English. Before implementing any teaching pedagogies into my work, I keep in mind that I want to meet the student where they are. We work as a team to find the best methods to helping the student learn and grow. I produce lesson plans using best practices such as scaffolding, UDLs, and connecting to one's funds of knowledge.
