About Me: I'm William George, a passionate and experienced Geography tutor dedicated to helping students unlock their full potential. I hold a Post Graduate Certificate in Secondary Education as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Psychology. I have over 26 years of teaching experience and have been a successful tutor now for 10 years, assisting Key stage 3, GCSE and A-Level students.
My Approach: I create a personalized learning plan for every student, focusing on their specific needs and exam board requirements. Lessons are designed to be engaging and interactive, using real-world examples to make complex topics easy to understand. My tutoring approach is as follows:
• step 1 - meet and greet
• step 2 - gauge target grade
• step 3 - fill in gaps to education to further confidence
• step 4 - work on papers to attain target and hopefully exceed target grade with constant feedback from myself.
