Struggling with Maths? Don’t worry, I’ve been there, and I can help!

I’m a student at the University of Durham with an A in A-level Maths and a Grade 9 at GCSE. However, I wasn’t always confident with numbers, in fact, I used to be terrified of even attempting a maths question.

Everything changed when I got a tutor myself. With the right support, practice, and encouragement, I discovered that maths isn’t as scary as it seems. I began to enjoy how logical it is, because there’s always just one right answer. I am determined to help my students feel the same.

In my online lessons, I guide students through methods step by step and work through practice questions with them. Since I’ve been in their shoes, I understand how frustrating maths can feel at first. My goal is to build confidence, show that improvement is possible, and most of all, make doing maths feel achievable and even fun!
