I have over three years of experience privately tutoring students of different ages and abilities. My approach is patient, structured and personalised, with a strong focus on understanding each student’s individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. At the beginning of tuition, I assess the student’s current level and identify their strengths, areas for improvement and any gaps in their understanding. I then create a personalised learning plan tailored to their needs, adapting my teaching style and pace as they progress. I use clear explanations, guided practice, targeted questions and regular assessment to ensure that concepts are genuinely understood and retained. I particularly focus on addressing weaknesses early, building confidence and developing strong exam technique. My aim is not simply to help students complete their work, but to help them become more independent, confident learners. By consistently reviewing progress and adapting the plan, I work towards turning areas of weakness into strengths, ensuring students are well-prepared and confident by the time they reach their exams.
