I believe teaching should be tailored to the individuals needs wherever possible. As such, I like to be able to change my methods based on the learning approach best suited to the student. For example, some are more visual learners, others are more practical. In the study of English language, some might learn by reading and studying while others might prefer practice and to engage culturally with the language.
